5.75 mile walk/jog 1.5 hours
(Knee is not doing good today. Going to do strength training tomorrow.)

Mon: weights Weds: 30 boring minutes on the dread mill, weights, taught Zumba Thurs: spin class. I also took a Zumba class!

Down 2.5 more lbs. 15 to pre preggo weight and 20 to my goal.

1 mile power walk (incline)- warm up
100 burpees 100 squats 100 box jumps 100 sit ups
(in a 40-30-20-10 sequence)
followed by an ab workout
