Ughhhh I am having no luck with the gym this week!
Massive delays on my commute...took twice as long to get to the gym and I ended up missing my class. By that point I was so effing twisted that I just went home. Yeah, I could have gotten on some machines but I didn't want to.
Oh well! At least I ate well today!

Snack: Snickers Ice Cream - so bad but so good only went over my 1000 cals by 46

I've lost 7 lbs since Oct 15th but it keeps fluctuating up and down. I always feel like I maintain because I always gain and lose the same weight over and over.
But still happy to be down 7 pounds. I feel I look different already and can see more muscle with the working out so that is good!
I still want to lose 13 more!!

Keep going!!! Drink tons of water to help with the hunger. Also keep things like celery and cucumbers cut up in fridge for a quick snack that won't break your goal. You got this!!!!

We all fluctuate. It's one of the wonderful gifts of being a woman
try tweaking your diet for just 5 days. Drink more water and lower carb/sugar intake. Just 5 days. And see where u are. You may need to change it up a bit to get by that 7 lb plateau

How many calories you think are in a gourmet ice cream sandwich
Had to order it for my 2pm meeting, trying to be strong but I already passed on the lunch drink- "blackberry rumble", the Moroccan meal and ice cream birthday cake. These skinny @sses don't understand the struggle!!

I agree with this 100%. Don't give up, I know in a week I will be bloated. Try not to weight yourself, switch up your diet. My body works better on a diet when I shock it. Hang in ther e

You ladies are all doing so awesome. I am kinda frustrated. I weighed in on Tuesday and I only lost .5. I feel like I have been eating great and busting my a$$ at the gym. I have been weighing myself everyday ( I know its bad but I am compulsive) and nothing is happening..

how long has it been that you've been changing your eating and exercising more? do you count calories?
