Well it did look like she was testing out a mini Snooki poof today.
LOL I noticed that!
She probably thought she was getting out today and wanted to keep up with the latest hair trend . I'm sure she's able to watch tv in there.

She'll ask someone for Tony's number
Cheney said she would not be going back to her family's house. I think her best option would be to leave the country.
she should go to Italy...looks like after this appeal, Amanda Knox may get out and she may be looking for a roomie ;)
Maybe she can join the cast of Jersey Shore since Vinny just left---

Something about he got into a fight and left. You know he will probably come back though as the season is not over yet.

If they were told that their names would be kept private, this would be so terrible!

Yeah- I don't agree with releasing their names at ALL. Who is this lawyer, saying it's the public's *right* to ask them questions?

Perry says maybe a promise of a family trip to DisneyWorld "loosens the tongue." Then said, "I don't know." #caseyanthony -jfellby cfnews13casey via twitter 2:01 PM
Wow I think he's specifically talking about Juror no. 3, Ford, who's family was given a trip to DW paid for by ABC.
Edited b/c I said juror no. 6 again and it's juror no. 3. Don't know why I keep on getting them mixed up.

I'm sure people can find some way to still be a nuisance.
They should just get rid of the "good behavior" thing all together. You're convicted of the crime - you do the time! The WHOLE time!
THIS TOTALLY!! If it was so easy for you to act the correct way, perhaps you should have done that when you were NOT in jail.

Realistically there is just no way she could return to the family home. Everyone would know where she is. There would need to be police protection 24/7. Her attorneys said they are basically her new family and will be helping her when she gets out. She will probably go live with Dorothy. They seemed pretty "chummy" during the trial.
Police protection? Why does she deserve any police protection? Wasting the tax payers money paying the cops to guard her? I think not. This country is a disgrace. it really is...

Yup...she can dump her baby girl like trash go party, lie lie and lie about her daughters whereabouts and everything else. Wastes tax $$$ on a fruitless search and a long trial. She gets off yet the police have to protect her.
We have child molesters, murderers, rapists, etc who have been let out on "good behavior" or served all too short sentences roaming the street...and the cops have to protect them TOO. Ironic ain't it.
Our justice system should be there to protect the innocent victims too. Sometimes it does and sometimes it fails. This time if was an EPIC fail.
It's easy to be a criminal in jail and get "GOOD" behavior and "MODEL" inmate considering there are 100s of armed guards watching your every move and ready to pounce if you get out of line. If you were such a good and model citizen you most likely wouldn't be in jail in the first place.

Re: Casey Anthony trial 1/2 hour n counting.
Just read this online:
One of only two African-Americans on the panel, Juror No. 2 offered some insight into how they were able to reach a verdict after just 10 plus hours of deliberating.
He said they felt from the start that prosecutors failed to pin the crime on Anthony and their first vote was 10-2 against convicting her of first-degree murder.
"We didn't know how she died, we didn't know when she died," the juror said of Caylee. "Technically, we didn't even know where she died."
He said the panel split 6-6 on the manslaughter charge in their first vote. He said he voted to convict Anthony because he believed she was negligent.
"It didn't matter at what point in time she came home and found out her daughter was missing," he said. "She had to report it in some way, shape or form, and that's where the negligence came in."
He said those who believed as he did began defecting to the not guilty side around lunchtime Tuesday and he was the last holdout.
The juror echoed earlier remarks by another juror, Jennifer Ford, who said the experience took a toll on them. He said images of Caylee's decomposed body still haunt him.
"Those pictures ... I'll probably never forget them," he said, his voice cracking. "To think that somebody would do that to a child."

If he truly felt that strong about the manslaughter charge he should've held out.

Yep. I think the fact that all the jurors who wanted to vote guilty on manslaughter started to jump to the other side around lunch shows, *to me* they just wanted to get out of there

Re: Casey Anthony trial 1/2 hour n counting.
that really annoys me. it was 6-6... and then all switched their minds?? Either they had persistent jurors forcing them to change their vote or really just didn't care at that point and wanted to go home... I'm sorry that is strange to me that everyone was strongly half-half and then it seemed like by around lunch everyone was switching around.... it makes me sick. I'm glad they are haunted by those images. they should be! they let her murderer go free.

Truly disgraceful.
