Does anyone actually think that either of these two men are going to come into office and actually fix this economy with what they've said tonight? I mean, seriously? even if one of these guys is perfect, will we even see any changes in this term?
It took Dubya TWO terms to do this to us. Its like when people told me my pregnancy weight won't come off right away because it took 9 mts to put on.....

I think Mccain needs to stop being so negative towards Obama. I feel like Obama answers the questions, where as Mccain just picks Obama apart I agree.
I was thinking the same thing.

Exactly...he is so keen on dishing out the money, but I know i won't see a penny. My DH and I are so happy we are being penalized for reaching the American dream.
Goodbye American Dream, Hello American nightmare.
we are IN AN American Nightmare RIGHT NOW!!!!
we need to WAKE UP!
And Obama is going to fix it with this miraculous tax plan of his...in fact it will put us further deficit than mccain's plan
BOTH of their plans will
the difference is Obama's (according the independent panels) will be temporary - and we, as a nation, will start to see a turn around
p.s. soooo glad he just made that point about late abortions
no, the difference is that obama's will add a few more trillion to the deficit than Mccain's, but what is a couple of trillion.

Is that what that is?
this guy better do a better job with his relaxation strategies. He is old. The last thing he needs is to boil the blood up!!! If he gets elected and drops dead from all this, things will go south ASAP....

Whatever happened to a good old fashioned coup? I mean, come on, we could all get together, gear up with big words and hockey mom statuses and overthrow the government! Come on, who's in?!

I am 1000000000% PRO CHOICE!
but that doesn't make sense IMO.
it's not about trust, pro-lifers truly believe that abortion is murder.

There are protestors outside of a planned parenthood in Hempstead. I'm always tempted to pull over and ask them how many of those babies do they plan on adopting.
Its easy to stand outside all day with a sign. Much harder to raise a child. Idiots.

Not really. BUT I do know this: I OWN a small business, an S-Corp. If you cripple small business, the economy will go directly into the toilet. Plus, when has MORE government EVER been the answer? Does Medicare (gov run), Medicaid (gov run), social security (gov run), etc. WORK???? If you owned one of these entities as YOUR business would you say it was a total fiscal failure? IMHO, bigger gov is NOT the answer. PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY and living within your MEANS is the answer. Looking to the gov to "bail you out" and "save you" IMHO is the recipe for a fiscal disaster. Just my two cents

Yes, absolutely! I just think it is disingenuous to completely trash everything McCain says, and in the next sentence, praise Obama for not trashing McCain.
