salad with light dressing

bag of popcorn

dinner
smart ones dinner and an additional 1 cup steamed white rice.

Was 2 points under my target of 22 points

Wednesday
breakfast
oatmeal

lunch
tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread with light mayo
salad with light dressing

snack
no snack too full from lunch

dinner
salmon, steamed white rice, steamed veggies

Target 22 points was reached

I already have Thursday planned

Breakfast
oatmeal

tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread with light mayo
WW 1 point peach yogurt

This is my overtime night

Dinner
smart ones 5 point meal

2 point string cheese

This will put me a little under my target points of 22 so I am going to try and eat some fruit during the day.

I didnt exercise this morning. I woke up and when I thought about my long day I rolled over and went back to sleep.

Today's meals
Breakfast
oatmeal

lunch
tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread with light mayo
WW 1 point peach yogurt

This is my overtime night

Dinner
smart ones 5 point meal

snack
2 point string cheese
1 pear
2 fudge cookies

Total 21 points..I am 1 point under.

I am so tired I cant even think about food or even have the energy to do tomorrow's meals.

I didnt walk today. Havent been feeling good all day.

I did eat a WW english muffin with jelly for breakfast, string cheese for a snack and now DH is cooking a very yummy and extremely high in points dinner. Thanks DH Chat Icon

Tomorrow is a new day.

I've got my meals already planned for Monday and Tuesday.

I did get a pedometer and 3 pound weights for when I walk Chat Icon
