Bad start today- sweets for breakfast- I knew we were celebrating my co-worker's birthday at around 11:00 today, so I had a sugar free pudding cup for breakfast, figuring it was only one point and it was dairy- then on to a small piece of angel food cake with a few cherries in syrup and little cool whip free

The scale hasn't moved this week!
It's been kind of a rough week for me and my eatin habits haven't been the best.
Next week is going to be kind of chaotic also. I'm having my gall bladder removed on Wednesday so I don't know how many menus I'm going to be posting. Also, Kevin fractured his foot and my dog Shawnee will need tending to.
But good luck ladies - you're doin' awesome!!
