Back to WW on 1/6....I have been back and forth so many damn times..lost and gain etc...I want to be the weight I was at my wedding first and foremost and then go from there!

hope it's ok if i chime in. I just started the southbeach diet:
Tues 1/9
Breakfast: 1 cup plain yogurt with chopped cucumber and fresh dill
Lunch: 2 polly-o string cheese 1 wedge laughing cow cheese 5 slices ff ham 5 slices ff turkey
Midday snack: pistachio nuts celery with some hummus
Dinner: Zucchini lasagna with ff mozzerella, ff ricotta, and lean ground beef BIG salad w/ff dressing
Dessert: 2 ff sf fudge pops AF's in town
edited because the grilled veggies weren't done yet and I needed my snack!
