8/10 Made up for two days of no exercise!

1 hour run (no idea how far, on nature trails)
1.5 hour walk (I got lost and had to find my way out of the mess I had made Chat Icon)

12 mile bike ride

8/9 - 55 minute walk/run at Cedar Beach Nature Trail

8/10 - 45 minute walk/run around my complex and 45 minutes on the Wii Fit (15 Srength Training, 15 Aerobics, 15 Yoga) Chat Icon

Hi everyone,

I am on a quest to lost the last of my pregnancy weight.

I am 3 months post partum and have about 17 pounds to go.

Yesterday:
30 minutes of aerobics with weights.
lunges and squats with 8lb dumbells
military presses w/8lbs dumbells
side and lateral raises w/ 8 lbs dumbells

I was out of the park by 7:10 and heading home. Next time, look for a couple. If she has a hat, look at her hand. If she is carrying a purple phone holder...then you've spotted me! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I'm so dumb sometimes....I meant to go for an 8 mile bike ride today with my friend (4 miles back and forth). We wanted to stop for some fat free ice cream in between Chat Icon

My bike got a flat with about 1.5 miles to go - a huge 3 inch screw went right through it!! SO, I ran with my bike for the last 1.5 miles Chat Icon

Sorry so longwinded but I thought it was funny Chat Icon

Thanks. This thread keeps me motivated.

Today:
45 minutes of aerobics with weights.
upright rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions and rear rows all with 8 lbs dumbells.

3 sets of 10 pushups (on my knees for now)

3 30 second plank holds.

but I think I need to reconsider running thru the park

they were cleaning up garbage this morning- stopped and called the cops- who arrived just as I was running thru

I don't want to know what they found... I hope it was nothing

Spin classes are great. I have not been able to take on in a while. I miss them.

Today for me:
50 minutes class combining cardio with weights.

45 minutes of cardio with weights mixed in

3 sets of 12 each w/ 8 lbs dumbells:
tricep extensions, bicep curls, reverse flys

30 pushups
