Absolutely! My brother is one of the best people I've ever known. We are very different but we get along well. He is one of my best friends.

LOL. I might say no to this. My sister not in a million years. We don't get along.
But, my brothers I love them dearly but, no. But, I love that. I think we get along great despite the fact that maybe I wouldn't have sought out someone with those personality traits. I think the beauty of family is that you are thrown together with all different personality types and it works.

Honestly prolly not but mainly because of age difference with my brother he is 6 years younger than me...we get along great and have a great relationship but we would of never met otherwise.
my half sister absolutely not and i ve said this before, if she wasn't my sister id have nothing to do with her. She is a taker.

My sister is an AMAZING person. Kind, thoughtful, brilliant, compassionate, just an all around great person. That being said, our interests are SO different. We're only a year and a half apart (I'm younger) and we were very close growing up but once we hit middle school/high school, we just kinda drifted apart, due to the fact that we had/have such different interests. I don't see her much as we live in different states but when we are together, we get along fine and we clearly love each other. The only time we really call each other is for a birthday or holiday, if we happen to be apart on a holiday b/c we're with our SO's family or something.

I have one brother and yes he would be my friend as would his wife and my husbands sister.
ETS: my brother and his wife are my best friends, my SIL is a lot younger so yes we are friends but she is more 'my little sister' than a friend

Probably not simply because of the age difference, they are a lot older than me. Less noticeable now of course but I missed out on the connection when we were younger. They are very close though.

all that and we RARELY talk. Just realized if my father's health turns for the worst I have no way of getting a hold of him. I can reach an old coworker from 2008 faster than my own brother!

I think so.. I am very close with the both of them. My sister and I clash sometimes, but she is fun when she goes out. My brother, if he was my age, I would have been best friends with in high school.

Hard to say b/c my brother and sister are 12 and 14 years older than me. But if we ran into each other somehow, I think we would be friends - they are both amazing people and my best friends.

YES! I have the best siblings ever. And, knock on wood, the significant others we've chosen so far are awesome as well! We're still waiting on my youngest brother to find a mate, but hopefully we'll get along with her too!!!! (We did really like his last girlfriend and my sister still uses her as a babysitter!) My favorites nights are hanging out playing games with my siblings.

I do not know...we are a quirky bunch.
I have a brother who is a Europe traveling beatnik who is huge into improve. He makes a ton bartending...then goes on a year hiatus.
A sister who is a nun...I do not have nun friends currently.
A sister who resides in a rainforest...known by locals as river cougar...
I have 3 more following behind these ones.
I get along great with them...but have no idea how our paths would have crossed or the will to keep in touch

Definitely! I have a brother who is 2 years older than me and we're really close.
It's hard to say with my little brothers because the oldest one is 10 years younger than me. They're all awesome though!

Yes I would... there is a decent age difference 11, 9, 8 & 3.5 years but I still get along with all of them really well... they might not all be friends with each other tho lol
