Carolyn Body - down 1 pound from last week Endurance - getting better slowly but surely Diet progress - herein lies the problem, but I re-committed to entering everything I eat in my calorie count analysis thing, started again yesterday. I am doing net 1300 calories a day, Saturdays off from counting but still make decent choices. Workout progress - I worked out 4 of 7 days last week, going to add a 5th day this week. I am going to stay with elliptical this week again before resuming C25K next week, I need to make sure my knees are fully better.
cookiemonster Body - Down another ~1 lb - 4 lbs away from mini-goal, 8 lbs away from goal! Endurance - Pretty darn good considering I never sleep as much as I'd like. Diet Progress - I've been sticking to WW religiously during the week; this weekend I was away at a family wedding so I just tried to make healthy choices - fruit, veggies, egg whites, steamed meat/fish, nothing fried...ok maybe a few things fried but not much Workout Progress - Wasn't able to do much this weekend from being away but I have kickboxing and spinning alternating between today and Friday - so I'm guaranteed at least 4 hard workouts this week!
CrankyPants Body - I'm actually feeling smaller and my clothes are getting baggy, so some progress. Endurance - still getting my arse kicked by my work out DVDs. It makes me feel like they must be working though, so that is good. Diet Progress - great progress this week-I skipped last week because I was in NY for DS's Christening. I tried to be good but was afraid I gained because of all the food and because I didn't check in for a week. Instead, I was down 4.2, bringing me to 32.4 total Workout Progress - Started new mini goal to alternate 30DS and Cardio Max DVDs for 30 days straight. Finished day 6 yesterday
Dani10 dani731 Body - no change - gained back .6 lbs but ik why Endurance - no change Diet Progress - Going good I think - I am doing much better with my portion control Workout Progress - I did absolutely nothing again tast week or this week. I have been so tired and stressed out. DPerotti Body - nothing new. I suck at this. Endurance - I do find myself able to do C25K without struggling to bad now. Diet Progress - nothing new. I suck at this. Workout Progress - Completing week 3 tonight, starting week 4 tomorrow. hopefully, I won't die. eddiesmommy Body - I still think I look exactly the same, despite my weight loss and exercise, which is so frustrating. Im just bummed that even though the scale is showing a difference, that my body isnt AT ALL. Endurance - Week 3 of c25k was TOUGH! But I did it. My endurance must be better since I was able to do it in the first place! Diet Progress - down another 1.2 this week for a total of 10lbs!!!!! Workout Progress - Just ran and did my abs DVD last week. Start week 4 this week, kickboxing tomorrow. I hate the stability ball thing, so Im not doing that. I think I may sign up for yoga though at a new place in KP. They have a beginner class, 6 weeks for $55. HLT407 hunnybunnyxoxo JennyPenny Body - I feel like my belly is getting a little bit flatter and my calf muscles are awesome, so I guess that's SOME improvement. I only lost .7 at yesterdays weigh-in though, for a total of 3.5 pounds. Sigh. Endurance - I actually haven't gone to the gym because life has been getting in the way, BUT I have been walking with DD every morning. I bought a pedometer but it's crap so I use mapmyrun.com when I get back and today I walked 3.07 miles and only starting getting tired at the end! Workout Progress - I am going to start the gym up again this weekend, continue walking everyday and alternate crunches and arm workouts everyday, too. Diet Progress: Okay. Last week I sucked because we had something to do practically everyday. I couldn't wait for the week to be over to get back on track. karenchad Kidsaplenty Body - I was so excited, because I finally fit into an outfit I haven't worn in about 3 years. Down 2 shirts sizes and one pant size! Endurance - I'm doing much better with running. I noticed that I can run for longer than c25k asks for, and when I can sprint for about 30 seconds Diet Progress - Still on track with WW. One small indulgence this week, but overall very good Workout Progress - Doing c25k 3x a week. Biggest Loser DVD on days I can't make it anywhere. I actually did the high intensity cardio on that dvd without feeling like I could die And, I'm down 3 lbs this week! This is my 6th week of diet/exercise and I've lost 22 lbs

linda1003 Body -No change Endurance -not bad started c25k on week 4. not great but not terrible Diet Progress -eating pretty good except for weekends.. but thinking I need to do even better b/c of no change in body or scale. Diet Progress - I do sooo good during the week & then the weekends kill me. I didn't eat lunch on Saturday because I was running around so much that by the time I got to a BBQ I just about ate anything that was nailed down. :eyeroll: It was actually disgusting. Workout Progress - I totally slacked this weekend. I have in my schedule to do c25k on Tuesday, Thursday & Sundays. This weekend it didn't happen. I also didn't workout any other days. I really love doing the c25k, but it's impossible based on DH's schedule for me to get a run in on M&W. I just need to take the time on the weekend to get it done. lulugrrl Body - still hate it Endurance - Def. getting better slowly, can get though workout tapes without stopping Diet Progress - Doing okay, not too many slip ups, really just trying to eat better along WW guidlines without it being too much of a DIET. down 2.4 lbs this week, even with some yummies on Suday BBQ Workout Progress - walking with family just about every evening 2-3 miles and doing 2-3 30 minute workouts in the AM per week. maybeamommy Body - was seeing changes as of Friday - small ones! Shorty Body - Got into some 2007 pants today - these date back to when I first started at my current job and when I got married! Diet Progress - I've made good food choices, and I'm getting much much better at portion control. The baby is also sleeping later in the morning, so i have time to throw together eggwhites for myself and have a decent breakfast. I'm also off the prednisone I've been taking for my chronic hives, so I'm less swollen. I've gotten several compliments and while it makes me blush, it feels good. Workout Progress - did some sort of physical activity (30ds, fios on demand exerciseTV, etc) everyday, but didn't get to c25k at all
smdl Body - Pants are getting much looser at waist and thighs; down 1.8 lbs Endurance - Feel lighter and not as tired Diet Progress - Adjusted my points this week since I did not do anything really physical except work Workout Progress - NADA!!! No gardening. I needed a break. Still had some activities done for the 2 days I worked. But nothing for the other 5 days. Gardening to resume for week 4.

I am have gone from a large in shirts to a medium. I am now fitting into a size 8 pants from a size 12. I have been doing the Insanity program since Mid January. Endurance - I feel I have more energy and take minimal breaks during workout. Diet Progress - This weekend was very tempting had a wedding, a dinner date with hubby and than Sunday we had dinner at in-laws. I did not go over board but had a few more calories than usual. I weight myself today after my workouts and I went down 1lbs. Workout Progress - I stuck to my 6 day workout. Today marks my 6th week (second round) on the Insanity program.

you know my feeling about the word awesome, 10lbs heavier then I've EVER been is not awesome to me.
I'm hard on myself and then do nothing, it's like I'm a lost puppy right now. I do the work but then do nothing about my nutrition which ummmm HELLO is probably the main part. UGH and WW just makes me cringe, I can't do it, I've tried 2x before PLUS with Matt's diet nothing is easy (not blaming him!!)
Gym- waste of my money b/c I don't go. . .ever. I loathe the gym, it bores me.
I just need to snap out of this and stop feeling bad about myself about it and DO SOMETHING. Pity party for one!

Ds was born 10/29/09 I want to loose the last 20 pounds i gained from the pregnancy and the other 20 i gained before i was pregnant from being off excercising bc of a car accident.
I plan to start south beach diet today and go to the gym or kick boxing 4/7 days a week.
any tips or support is needed!!!

Body - I'm actually feeling smaller and my clothes are getting baggy, so some progress. Endurance - still getting my arse kicked by my work out DVDs. It makes me feel like they must be working though, so that is good. Diet Progress - great progress this week-I skipped last week because I was in NY for DS's Christening. I tried to be good but was afraid I gained because of all the food and because I didn't check in for a week. Instead, I was down 4.2, bringing me to 32.4 total Workout Progress - Started new mini goal to alternate 30DS and Cardio Max DVDs for 30 days straight. Finished day 6 yesterday
Just hoping I can stay on track-I would like to hit the 35 lb mark in the next 2 weeks (this will be hard because we have guests!)
