Week Four Check-In
Body - I'm actually feeling smaller and my clothes are getting baggy, so some progress. Endurance - still getting my arse kicked by my work out DVDs. It makes me feel like they must be working though, so that is good. Diet Progress - great progress this week-I skipped last week because I was in NY for DS's Christening. I tried to be good but was afraid I gained because of all the food and because I didn't check in for a week. Instead, I was down 4.2, bringing me to 32.4 total Workout Progress - Started new mini goal to alternate 30DS and Cardio Max DVDs for 30 days straight. Finished day 6 yesterday
Just hoping I can stay on track-I would like to hit the 35 lb mark in the next 2 weeks (this will be hard because we have guests!)

wowsers, last week was a busy week! did some sort of physical activity (30ds, fios on demand exerciseTV, etc) everyday, but didn't get to c25k at all
Didn't weigh in yet, will do it tonight or tomorrow morning. Got into some 2007 pants today - these date back to when I first started at my current job and when I got married!
I've made good food choices, and I'm getting much much better at portion control. The baby is also sleeping later in the morning, so i have time to throw together eggwhites for myself and have a decent breakfast.
I'm also off the prednisone I've been taking for my chronic hives, so I'm less swollen. I've gotten several compliments and while it makes me blush, it feels good.
...25 days til sister's wedding...

Girls I've been bad, bad, bad. Help me!!
I think I did 30 day shred about 5 times over the last two weeks. Last week was nuts so I never got around to it...and now I've fallen off the wagon. And how ridiculous, this workout is all of 20 minutes!!!
Seriously though...coming from the way I used to work out - an hour & a half every day - 20 minutes seems like a total joke. I wasn't believing it. Has anyone had success with just doing 30ds?
I think I'm just waiting until school is out, and I finally have my days to get a good workout in. Then Riley & I will be going to stroller strides.

Week 4
Body - I was so excited, because I finally fit into an outfit I haven't worn in about 3 years. Down 2 shirts sizes and one pant size! Endurance - I'm doing much better with running. I noticed that I can run for longer than c25k asks for, and when I can sprint for about 30 seconds Diet Progress - Still on track with WW. One small indulgence this week, but overall very good Workout Progress - Doing c25k 3x a week. Biggest Loser DVD on days I can't make it anywhere. I actually did the high intensity cardio on that dvd without feeling like I could die
And, I'm down 3 lbs this week! This is my 6th week of diet/exercise and I've lost 22 lbs
you are doing a freaking awesome job! You must be SO proud of yourself!

Youve just got to do what you can and and keep at it whenever you can!!! Couldn't do C25k as DH had a meeting until 7 tonight then was going to pick up a free A/C we are getting (ha!) So I was on DS duty (which I think is a workout in itself!)
HOWEVER he went out at 7 and I came into the den and instead of plopping down on the couch I just did
Excercise TV 21 day cardio 1 (I'm sweating my A * * off right now & it was only 20 minutes) & then I did a 10 minute ab workout, ( i have no idea which one, I just picked one and went with it)
Today I ate
B-fast: Iced Coffee (sorry I can't live without) WW Banana Nut Muffin (why do they always have to be so sticky)
Lunch: leftover grilled greek chicken, with reduced fat feta & yogurt sauce & strawberries
Dinner- cucumber salad earlier when I was feeding DS & now I'm going to make a turkey hot dog (no bun)
Dessert- skinny cow flying saucer!
I skipped my one glass of red wine tonight too! haha (mostly b/c I'm alone with DS but still, I skipped it!!)
Had to share b/c I realized after talking with my sister & the awesome FM with Hayley, *I* can only help myself, so maybe I have to update this everyday and annoy you all

Week Four Check-In:
Body - Down another ~1 lb - 4 lbs away from mini-goal, 8 lbs away from goal! Endurance - Pretty darn good considering I never sleep as much as I'd like. Diet Progress - I've been sticking to WW religiously during the week; this weekend I was away at a family wedding so I just tried to make healthy choices - fruit, veggies, egg whites, steamed meat/fish, nothing fried...ok maybe a few things fried but not much Workout Progress - Wasn't able to do much this weekend from being away but I have kickboxing and spinning alternating between today and Friday - so I'm guaranteed at least 4 hard workouts this week!
Great job everyone else!!!!!! You are motivating me!

I am doing net 1300 calories a day, Saturdays off from counting but still make decent choices. Workout progress - I worked out 4 of 7 days last week, going to add a 5th day this week. I am going to stay with elliptical this week again before resuming C25K next week, I need to make sure my knees are fully better.
Congrats to all of those with success this week and good luck to those of us that have fallen off the wagon. You ladies are true motivators!

b'fast-cinnamon toast & coffee Lunch-boars head chicken slice thin, one slice cheese and lowfat chiptole mayo (only a little) Snack- 100 calorie popcorn & then two munchkins Dinner- balsamic ckn from TJs & whole grain rice, & salad
work out- C25k week 3 day 3- I got a little extra jog during my cooldown b/c it started to pour & about to do abs.
dessert- WW chocolate chip cookie & tea

Body - Down .7 No change.
Endurance - I can feel my legs getting stronger & my breathing getting much better.
Diet Progress - I do sooo good during the week & then the weekends kill me. I didn't eat lunch on Saturday because I was running around so much that by the time I got to a BBQ I just about ate anything that was nailed down. :eyeroll: It was actually disgusting.
Workout Progress - I totally slacked this weekend. I have in my schedule to do c25k on Tuesday, Thursday & Sundays. This weekend it didn't happen. I also didn't workout any other days. I really love doing the c25k, but it's impossible based on DH's schedule for me to get a run in on M&W. I just need to take the time on the weekend to get it done.
