All 3 of us (excluding DS because he is only 3 months old) got it about a week ago in the city. I went on the NYC Dept. of health website and found that several community health centers have it. So we drove into the city - Its seems to be far more plentiful there than on the island.

I just found out that they probably won't have either shot for DD#2 b/c my ped is out of both and has no idea when they will be in. It also means DD#1 won't get the 2nd one unless they get more in

Well, on Friday I found out my son's pediatrician has some injectable shots now, so he is going to get the shot there soon. She didn't get a lot though, and is only offering them to her patients at this point, so it wouldn't help to share the info (sorry)! She did say the distribution seems to be very arbitrary, and it has been difficult to get more of the injectable shots, esp. those without mercury.

I'm going to look into theNYC Dept. of Health for DH and possibly myself though. I am so glad that was mentioned--I wasn't aware that there were more of them in NYC than here.
