Pretty lame workout yesterday, but at least I did something:
Standing military dumbbell press - 1/17.5/6, 4/15/8 Rear delt dumbbell flyes - 3/8/12 Abs
Today is a hour long fit ball class here at work.

30 minutes on the treadmill. I was able to run for a full 15 minutes today - first time for that!
And I think for the first time in my life, I actually ran a full mile! (My IPod fell partway through, and I stopped the machine and had to start it again, so the distance was messed up )

I haven't made it to the gym this week. I have been baby sitting for a friend during the day and working at night. I have used the 23lb. fella as a weight to do my arms and lunges!! Does that count for anything?!!!

DH and I did a workout with a trainer yesterday (our company is doing this 12 week wellness thing and we get free fitness classes like fitball, yoga, and kickboxing, and also free personal training sessions!)
So she had us do an hour of interval training - cardio for a little bit to get our heart rate up, then switch to weight lifting, then back to cardio.....it was HARD! Poor DH almost threw up
But we both feel really good today

I took a 45 minute class today at the gym. Judging by the redness of my face and the amount of sweat covering my body - I'd say it was a good workout!

8/1/06 treadmill - power walked 1 mile on 5.0 incline
precor - did 2 miles, 10.0 resistance and maximum incline. I thought my legs were going to fall off - felt good though!

Saturday - Back/biceps
Barbell bent over lat rows: 1/50/10, 4/60/6
Pullups (assisted): 3/64/6
Preacher curls: 3/30/8, 1/30/6
DH and I tried HIIT for the first time on the indoor track. Note to self: need to warm up first, and 30 second sprints are TOO long!! (I thought my heart was going to explode!)
Monday - Legs
Squats: 1/65/8, 2/75/5
Romanian deadlifts (dumbbell) 3/25/10
Split squats (dumbbell) 2/8/10

2 miles on the treadmill (power walked 1 mile and ran the 2nd)
1 mile on the precor on max. incline and 10.0 resistance.

No way, that was with the assisted bar. I think that bar weighs like 15 pounds.
Christine designed this routine, so I can either do Pull Ups or Lat Downs. I did Pull Ups.

Tues 8/1
Lunges -around a raquetball court 3x with DB- 25 pds/10pds/0pds then ran/jog 2x, then slow walk once around.
Chest Bench Press-3x/10,8,6/65pds
Pullups-2x/100/10 Dips
Rows-2x/50/10
Upright rows-2x/25/10
Bicep Cable Curl 2x/15/15
ABS-crunches on assisted machine, lower abs 2x/20
I am hurting today from Lunges, Ouch! Thanks to DH, who trained me.
Today 8/2-Day off due to severe soreness and HOT weather.

Welcome back Christine! Hope the job is going well.
Wednesday - only did one exercise for each body part, but I really felt it!
Chest Bench press: 1/65/10, 1/75/5, 1/70/6, 1/65/8
Triceps Close grip bench press: 3/45/10
Then I did LIIT (low-intensity interval training ) I'm not up to doing HIIT yet, so I did a fast walk & jog interval for I don't know how many minutes. I need to bring a watch to the gym!
Then I did abs and stretched. Today is kickboxing.
