5 minute cooldown

Warmup for 5 building to 5.5mph
9 intervals of 4/7
1 interval of 4/6
Cool down

Saturday:
Ran 2.5 miles

Today:
Biked 25 mins
Speedwalking 4 miles @ 4mph
Free weights

Ran 4 miles at a 2% incline in about 40 minutes.

Some abs and triceps and lunges.

yesterday I ran 4.3 miles

day before that I trained upper body and did HIIT

I am going to ease up on the weights for a few weeks and focus on diet and cardio. I am getting too strong!!!

I had to take some time off because I hurt my ankle. I probably still could've lifted weights, but I wanted to get my ankle checked out first.

So yesterday was my first day back to the gym in over a week. I did chest, triceps, 30 min on the arc trainer, abs, and stretch.

yesterday i ran 6.2 miles. I ran to the beach, then back home. I rested on the beach for 10 minutes, put my feet in the water. it was sooo nice!!
