7 times at 3.8 slow/9.2 fast 1 time at 3.8 slow/ 9.5 fast
5 minute cool down
Weights: Romanian Deadlifts 2/35/15
Lunges 2/body weight plus 16 lbs/15
Flat Dumbbell Press 2/20/15
Seated Cable Rows 2/45/15
Incline Hammer Curls 1/12/15 1/10/15 (tried doing 12, just couldn't)
Lying Triceps Extensions 2/25/15

excuse me, but did you do hiit on a leg day? you know that's a no no!!!! why, oh why did you do it??

I didn't get to the gym yesterday - I was so tired from getting up with the baby that I felt sick I went tonight though!
Chest: Bench press, flat bench - 1/65/6, 4/60/8 Incline dumbbell bench press - 3/20/8
Triceps: Close grip bench press - 3/45/8 Decline dumbbell french press - 3/10/8
Elliptical - 30 min Abs, stretch

finally went back to the gym! felt so out of shape though.
ran 2 miles on the treadmill at 2.5 incline and 1 mile on the elliptical at level 10 resistance.

wed.-The Firm w/ weights (kicked my butt) thurs. off fri-The Firm today-bike ride or walk/jog bethpage trails or boardwalk

Shoulders - 5 sets of military presses and rear delt flyes (I forgot my notebook so I can't remember what I did!). 30 minutes on the elliptical Abs, stretch
Sunday -
Back- Bent over barbell rows - 5/60/7 Assisted pull-ups - 5/72/6
Biceps- Preachers - 5/15/10
20 minutes on the arc trainer

Sat. abs only Sun. The Firm w/ weights & windsor pilates Mon. Walk Away The Pounds w/ weights
It's funny, I switched my hand weights from 3 to 5 pounds when I do my tapes and although it's only 2 pounds, it made such a difference. I hope to work my weights up because I've been reading all the posts about higher weights being better. I'm actually sore, but a good sore!

Ok, I'm VERY new to this whole exercising thing....and not a huge fan of it, but I'd like to get into shape, so I'm doing it!
I actually joined a gym (Lucille Roberts) instead of just talking about it.... and here's what I did today (my first workout):
1 mile on the treadmill (20 minutes) inner thigh outer thigh leg curls (2 different kinds, not sure what they're called)
I was thinking I might go to a class tomorrow to switch it up a bit, and on thursday do the treadmill and some arm exercises.
How does that sound for a beginner?

ok, have to jump in here...
if you are able to do any cardio after HIIT, then your HIIT is NOT intense enough.
you shouldn't be able to do more than 20-25 minutes tops. try do do such a light jog to just walking during your rest intervals. then run much faster durring your fast intervals if you can.
leave your steady stated cardio sessions for another day!
