Tara - you benched 85lbs??? Dayum!!! And what does pull ups or lat pulldowns mean? Did you do just one? (just curious )
No way, that was with the assisted bar. I think that bar weighs like 15 pounds.
Christine designed this routine, so I can either do Pull Ups or Lat Downs. I did Pull Ups.
what is the assisted bar?? please don't use the smith machine!!!

I have some kind of strain in my neck so I have been taking it a little easy this week.
Today- 20 min. HIIT in the bike because running is too jarring for my neck.
worked- chest, shoulders and abs.

Welcome back Christine! Hope the job is going well.
Wednesday - only did one exercise for each body part, but I really felt it!
Chest Bench press: 1/65/10, 1/75/5, 1/70/6, 1/65/8
Triceps Close grip bench press: 3/45/10
Then I did LIIT (low-intensity interval training ) I'm not up to doing HIIT yet, so I did a fast walk & jog interval for I don't know how many minutes. I need to bring a watch to the gym!
Then I did abs and stretched. Today is kickboxing.

Where are the workout girlies? This thread got bumped way down!
Sunday: Shoulders - my left shoulder is bothering me so I had to take it a little easy...
Military press (dumbbell) - 2/20/8, 1/20/5
Side laterals - 1/8/12, 1/10/10, 1/10/8
Upright rows (dumbbell) - 1/10/12, 1/12.5/12, 1/15/10
Then I did a fast walk/jog interval for 10 minutes and did abs.

LOL, I know. I havent been on in a few. Here are some past, present and future workouts for me....LOL
Thurs: Abs HIIT 3.5--9.5
Friday: I did Chest HIIT 3.5--9.5
Today: Will do Legs and probably Elliptical
Tomorrow: 1 Hour Kickbox Class

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I really didn't want to work out today but I made myself and am glad that I did.

I haven't posted in a while, but I have been working out.
Monday, July 31 - Weights & HIIT at the Gym (took off Tues, Wed, and Thurs bec I wasn't feeling too hot and needed to rest)
Friday, August 4 - Weights & HIIT at the Gym
Saturday, August 5 - 1 1/2 Yoga Class
Sunday, August 6 - HIIT on my treadmill at home, Hammer Curls with my 10lb free weights 2 sets of 15, Tricep Dips using my coffee table 3 sets of 12, Bicep Curls with my 10lb free weights doing 2 sets of ,7,7,7

I weighed myself this morning and I'm 2 lbs away from my pre-PG weight!
I still have a bunch of body fat to lose though - I can't fit into my old jeans yet.
Yesterday at the gym - back & biceps: Bent over barbell rows: 4/60/6 Assisted pull-ups: 4/64/8 Incline biceps curl (dumbbell): 3/12.5/10
Then I did interval training on the track - fast walk & run for 10 minutes. Abs & stretch.

FH and I made a pact that we want to get back into shape.
We started on wednesday!
Wed and Thursday we started doing
a 10 minute mile run 10 minute bike 10 minute on stairmaster then abs
we will start doing weights next week - and some HIIT.

I worked out yesterday. 45 minutes on the treadmill- did about 3.2 miles. Then I took a weight class. The class did a lot of squats/lunges, in addition to total body conditioning. I can feel it in my legs!

Yesterday, walked 2.25 miles on treadmill at a 2.5% incline. I didn't run because I met a friend at the gym and we walked together as she talked about a life event that happened to her that day. She needed someone to really listen.
Then we did legs (split squats and lunges), chest and biceps.
Didn't have a chance to workout today, had to be at work at 7:30 am and didn't leave until almost 5 pm, I was exhausted.

HIIT at 2.5% incline 5 minute warm-up 10 x at 3.5/9.5 5 minute cool down
Shoulder presses 2/10/15
Tricep Dips 2/my body weight/10
Hammer Curls 2/10/15
