nice push ups!
go slower on the slow interval, go higher on your fast intervals. try to walk on your slows.

if you are able to do any cardio after HIIT, then your HIIT is NOT intense enough.
you shouldn't be able to do more than 20-25 minutes tops. try do do such a light jog to just walking during your rest intervals. then run much faster durring your fast intervals if you can.
leave your steady stated cardio sessions for another day!

you do not need to do more than that!!! you are over training.
you only need 2 HIIT and 1-2 longer SS cardios per week. no more!

jogged 1 mile on the treadmill
did 3.25miles on the elliptical intervals of 7-10 resistance and 5.0-10.0 speed.

Alright, I took some time off when I was pg. because trying to workout when you are nausea I discovered is not fun, but since that didn't go quite as planned I am hitting the gym in hopes of getting in prime shape for TTC'ing again.
Yesterday, I did HITT on the cycle. I thought it best to start out on that since I am a few months out of practice. I followed that by doing the train heavey theory on my biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders. All I can say is WOW and OW!!!

Thanks!!!That is much more supportive then my DH who just laughed while I struggled to raise my arms today!!!
Today I did HIIT on the treadmill. I either did 7or 8 intervals. Somewhere in the middle I lost my ability to count apparently. Then I did abs.

I'm not quite as aggressive as Heidi...but I did work out again - which is a huge step for me!
Today, I did 1.75 miles on the treadmill (30 minutes). I tried to walk half and jog half, but I could only jog for about 13 minutes, so I went back to walking.

Tues.-The Firm w/weights (lots of lunges!)
Wed.-nothing (DH's b-day I had cake )
Thurs.-HIIT kind of I did 25 min. on tradmill: 2.5 incline, 5 min warm up 3.3 low/ 8.0 high 5 min. cool down
I cannot believe how much I sweat! It really feels like such a better workout than walking at a moderate pace for longer time. I'm so glad you all got me into this!

1.75 miles on the treamill - 30 minutes. I jogged for 10 and walked for 20.
While this doesn't really seem like a lot....going to the gym 3 times in one week is HUGE for me!

Forgot my darn notebook 3 days in a row!!!
I did approximately the following:
Friday - Deep squats - 5/65/8 Romanian dead lifts - 5/45/8 Split squats (dumbbell) - 3/15/10 elliptical - 30 minutes
Saturday - Bench press - incline - 3/65/8, 2/65/6, 1/65/4 Flat bench dumbbell press - 1/20/10, 1/25/8, 1/30/5 Close-grip bench press - 3/45/8
Sunday - pretty much the same as Saturday except did 50 lbs deadlifts (DH came to the gym with me and wanted to do legs)

I ran saturday. I think it was about 2.5 miles. not sure because I ran outside. I have to drive it and check the odometer in my car.

5 min warm up 8 HIIT intervals on the treadmill @ 3.5 mph/8.3 mph (I tried the last interval at 8.6 and it kicked my @ss!) 5 min cool down
