What's a Roman Chair? I'm imagining you sitting on a seat painted in gold while tanned adonis-like men feed you grapes. I swear if that's what a roman chair is, I'm joining your gym!!
Sorry! not the roman chair, I meant the vertical knee raise bench.
Anyway, the roman chair is the hyperextension bench, where your body is extended out and you lift your torso with your hips facing down. I meant to say the vertical knee raise bench, though.

Started a new schedule this morning...
Bench press 5x5-90lbs. Cable crossovers 3x10-35lbs. Seated cable rows 5x5-100lbs. Rear delt DB flys 3x10-12lbs.

For the next month, I'm changing my routine a bit, and incorporating some extra cardio; laying off on the weights. Except Bi's, Tri's and shoulders....I just cannot give up. So here goes:
Mon: 30 Minutes Running on Tread 30 Minutes on Precor Elliptical
Tues: Off
Wed: 40 Minutes Precor Elliptical
Thurs: HIIT 3.5----9.0 @ 3.0 incline Biceps
Fri: Will be to Run for 40 min on Tread Shoulders & Tri's

Pullups not assisted, neutral grip - 5/6/bodyweight
Lat Pulldowns - 1/10/90 lbs, 2/10/75 lbs.
Shoulder presses(wanted to do push presses, but the bar was taken!)- 4/5/30 lbs, 1/6/27.5
Side Lateral Raises- 3/15/10
HIIT- 8 x 10.6

cuban presses!! I never did these! I will add face pulls to my next upper body workout. I have never done these either. these are for the middle of the back, right? I am thinking rear delts too?
anyway, glad to see your able to train upper body again. How is your elbow? Mine hurts today.

Face pulls are my new favorite exercise! And yes, they're for upper back/rear delts. My shoulders tend to roll forwards a little and this will help pull them back. Cuban presses are for rotator cuffs - my right shoulder has been bothering me so I'm trying to incorporate rotator cuff work in. My elbows are much better but not totally better. I'll have to lay off any triceps concentration work for a while longer.
Yesterday - The gym has been packed lately!!! We only have one power cage and some guys are always hogging it So I did what I could: - Dumbbell overhead presses - Cuban presses - Face pulls - Pull ups - 30 min cardio - Push ups, abs, stretch

I've been reading through this thread on and off all morning since I'm just getting back into exercise and I can't get over how many different versions of squats there are!
Even when I went to the gym regularly (many, many moons ago) and did some of these exercises I didn't have any idea what they were called.
I'm really impressed!

You know, I didn't know there were so many versions until recently either! It's amazing how what you read in the magazines is MUCH different than what you read on bodybuilding/weightlifting message boards.
