lat pulldowns
push presses
side lateral raises

a few abs
20 minutes on recumbent bike

Don't you hate it when that happens!

I finally got myself into it!

I run in the AMs. Today I did not though, just too tired. So I walked at lunch and then tonight I teach cardioboxing.

Abs
Prone cobras
Stretch

I'm back to posting on this thread. It's been a while for me.

Monday- 40 minutes cardio
20 minutes of weights
abs

Tuesday- went for a run/walk around the park by my house. I did about 50 minutes and completed over 2.5 miles

I am feeling it in my legs today.

I was in Ft. Lauderdale for work, so I stayed at a nice hotel on the beach. I ran on the path next to the beach 2x. It was so nice to finally be outside!

I also trained upper body at the gym there one day.

I need to eat less now!!!

yesterday I ran 2 miles, Friday I ran 5 miles.

I have had no time. I do 7 pull ups when I pass the bar in my basement, and a few push ups now and then. wow this is crazy! Inever took this much time off of weights before. out of control!!!!

Finally got back to the gym yesterday after taking last week off (my shoulder hurt and then my back hurt Chat Icon )

Full squats
DB overhead press
Rotator cuff work
Face pulls
10 min of intervals on the step mill
Abs & stretch

Hi Girls! I am BACK!!!

I have been exercising on and off for the past couple of months, but now I am back.

Here is what I have done so far since I came back from Ireland.

Friday 6/8 - HIIT and arm exercises
Sat 6/9 - ran 3.75 miles
Monday 6/11 - HIIT and pushups
Wednesday 6/13 - ran 3.15 miles

I am going to get back on track. I am extremely determined.

We bought a treadmill and I am hoping to do 20 min every morning.

I also have a yoga DVD so I plan on doing that.

I now hope this is not all fluff and I get my butt in gear. I have a cruise in September and that is my motivation
