britax granite cancelled....
I just logged into my target account and it said my order was cancelled. No email. No reasons. Just cancelled.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I just went to my confirmation email and had to log on that way to see that they cancelled the order....no email, nothing! And if I log in through the homepage you can't even see there was an order in the first place!!!
Check your accounts girls!

i just emailed them. we will see how long it takes them to respond. ridiculous. i had a feeling it was too good to be true but they should honor their mistake.

Exactly! Or at least acknowledge it! They didn't even send an email stating the order was cancelled!

According to their own policy they are supposed to send an email once the order goes through asking if you would still like the item but at the correct price. So once again they are wrong!!!!!!!!

As far as they know... NOTHING has been told as being an error. So they just blindsighting people right now who think they just got a great deal.
Like I said, they are NOT "nice" and will have not remorse to make a formal complaint to the BBB and AG.

i just wish they would be consistent. on some other sites people are posting that they called customer service and were told their order would be fulfilled even though it was a mistake. also some people's orders (mostly the cow print) were already shipped! They should honor it for no one or for everyone.
done- i guess i am over it now.
