THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I just went to my confirmation email and had to log on that way to see that they cancelled the order....no email, nothing! And if I log in through the homepage you can't even see there was an order in the first place!!!
Check your accounts girls!
Same here - it's just gone - now that's RIDICULOUS. They're acting like the order was never placed?!

So people that legitimately didn't go and buy a ton of carseats , just happened to purchase their seat for their child (not LIFers) will just not receive their seat and not get notification - it just won't come? That is terrible business!

I just called and was told ALL orders are being canceled. The guy told me they're getting a lot of calls and they're supposed to just make sure they apologize a lot 
I tried to argue that I had a friend (MrsGraz) who was billed and got a shipping e-mail and he said that would be canceled too. This bites not shocking.
I explained it obviously wasn't his doing and that I'll take it up with the BBB

Yes but to cancel without an email is technically against their policy. What if I was willing to pay their correct price for it? They should have emailed with the option as stated in their policy. No email, they just deleted it.

Same here, but I have a feeling its going to be canceled soon, its something that was too good to be true!
My DH said that this would happen and they have the right not to send it it says so on there website, stinks but what can ya do...

Oh well, I just tried to see if my order has gone to shipping and it said this, and only this.......

But everyone is not on LIF. So how do they plan on explaining to people why they "just" erased their order like it never existed.
And for accounting purposes (correct me if I am wrong) but you have to do a cancel of order. You CAN'T just erase orders in your system. That's highly illegal. You also have to send that cancel of order to your customers.
ETA: I actually did not think it was a mistake. I bought the carsear really thinking it was a clearance.

Well, I spoke to customer service and got their prepared speech. She claimed they are only canceling orders for the Grafite and that is the only carseat that is effected. She claims not to know about the cowmooflage pattern at all. They would sell me the carseat for 279.99 which is full price so I explained that is "bait & switch" techniques and I plan to follow up with corporate. I suggest everyone call and complain about the same thing.

Actually, no, it didn't have to be a mistake. I have seen a snugride with base marked down to 9.99.

I have never, ever seen a non open box, not discontinued item such as a Britax for a price like this....and with all of the numerous posts about it last night and jokes about it being sold on the "black market" late last night, it appears that everyone here on LIF knew that it was a mistake...I am just surprised by the shock and horror that Target is trying to rectify this now.
And I would assume that their very smart legal team has a loophole in their policy that will cover this...as all websites do.
Would you expect Manolo Blahnik to send out their shoes for 69.99 instead of 569.99 if there was a computer glitch??

According to cs, they are honoring the 59.99 price for the other pattern though. That is still a deep discount.
I don't expect to get the seat for 42.99, but to offer it to me at full price without any consideration for their mistake; that is what makes me a little mad.
