Glad to hear about all these appointments going well! I've heard great things about Dr. Sadaty. I'm sure I'd go to that practice if I still lived in NY.  As far as sonos go, at least you get several! We only get 3 (sometimes 4) the whole pregnancy!  Since I've made my deductible this year, I might try to get an extra one or two if I can this time... we'll see.
As far as the 11 w appointment goes, they tried to accidentally schedule my second appointment for 11 w 2 d (today, actually) and I had to tell the scheduler that it should be next week instead since they do the NT ultrasound then and it's more accurate after 11 1/2 weeks. So it'll be next Monday 4/2 at 12 w 2 d. I have been counting down the days for so long!!!
wow, I can't imagine only having 3 the whole pregnancy!! I hope you can get in a few more especially since you've met your deductible! I think I will only be going once a month after the 12 week appointment, but I'm happy with that (she said if the spotting continues after my next appointment she may want to see me once a week until it subsides, it's been going on for 9 days straight now). I didn't realize the NT ultrasound was more accurate at 11 1/2 weeks or more, so I guess my appt works out since I will be 11w5d by then.

I was 11 w 4 d with DD for hers. I'm excited about being just a little further along. I'm wondering if they'll be able to take a gender guess!
I'm sure with all that spotting they'll be checking you more closely to make sure it's not a cervical issue. I had placenta previa at my 2nd u/s with DD and it was still partial previa at 19 w for my anatomy scan so we had another u/s at 28 w (which they usually do not have) that time to check it. It had all completely cleared by then and never was a problem. They saw a spot on DD's heart at the anatomy scan so we were sent to a perinatologist for a detailed level 2 anatomy scan which they don't normally do at my practice either unless something indicates it's necessary so I did get 2 extra u/s with DD.
I still can't believe I'm pregnant again... I feel like it was just yesterday I was going through all this before! I guess it wasn't that long ago 
This October group seems so nice! I'm glad to be a part of it!

I had my 2nd Dr appointment yesterday. I was 11 weeks (and one day). I was going to drive over but then got very light-headed so DH ended up driving me there. It actually worked out really nicely because we got to hear Little Fig's heartbeat 
It was very surreal knowing that there's a little "thing" inside me right now with a heartbeat!!! It was amazing to hear it though! I'm so glad DH was there with me!
Next week is the NT scan. I'm looking forward to seeing LO look like a real baby!
Glad to hear everybody else is doing well and getting good results from their scans and whatnot!

Yay! Glad it went well. My NT scan was this afternoon. I couldn't believe how much the baby was moving and flipping around, or that it actually looked like a baby!

i highly recommend the maternity pants from target. you can fold the panel over if you dont want the full panel. they're so comfortable! and $35 isn't terrible. i tried a couple of old navy stores and the selection was HORRIBLE. i think it's best to order online. however, the pants were too short for me (i'm 5'8). and lastly, i tried on the demi panel jeans at gap and loved them...waiting for a sale or a coupon though.

That is very awesome of your doctor's office. I had 2 miscarriages and my office refused to use the doppler or give me another sonogram until I was 12 weeks. I ended up paying OOP for a 3d sonogram place

i dont blame you, i would have paid oop too! Normally they dont do a sonogram between your 1st visit and your 12wk one but they gave me one at 9wks as well bc they know how nervous i am. I love my office then again, i did work there for 6yrs so im partial

Had my first visit with the OB today (after graduating from the RE)...at 10w1d, babies look great! They looked like they were dancing around, having a jolly old time!!!
Cannot believe that they already have hands and feet and everything!
(The sono pics are too small and blurry to post.)
We go back in two weeks for the ultrascreen. Can't wait!! Hopefully, we'll get better pics then!

Glad to hear everyone is doing good!
I have my nt scan this Friday, eeek! Almost 12 weeks! Sickness and heartburn as calmed down alot…until today…yuck. Feeling crummy and tired. AND I am peeing ALOT more.

So happy for you that DH was able to be there with you for the heartbeat!!! Good luck with the NT scan next week!! Mine is scheduled for 4/10, I feel like this pregnancy is moving a lot faster all of a sudden, once you start getting scheduled for tests & such it feels so REAL!

so im gonna officially join you ladies..im 9 weeks today and just got back from a sono and everything looks great..im due 10/31 (halloween) my husbands favorite holiday...its been a bumpy road so far..i had miscarried back in august at about 9 weeks and so far this pregnancy started with major bleeding with clots at 6 weeks (which i assumed i was misscarry) and low progesterone which im on suppositories for...but my doctor gave me the go ahead to stop worrying because everything looks great...not that ill ever stop worrying..lol

so are you girls going to find out the gender? My dr said I can find out at my anatomy scan in 5.5 weeks. Our "team green" status was a lot stronger when finding out the sex of the baby seemed so far away

I know! At first I was really dead set against finding out, but DH really wants to know and I'm now I am kind of leaning towards finding out also.

Congratulations & welcome!!! Halloween is my cousin's favorite holiday too! She was talking about getting married this Halloween or next year so when I called her to say I was pregnant and due in October, I asked if she'd decided and she said 2013 it is... so we can have 2 babies in her wedding party
I hope you have an easy pregnancy and it just keeps getting better!

Oh yes. I will be finding out!! I am a planner. I found out with DD and can't wait to find out this time!
My dad said "it's a surprise whether you find out at 19 w or in the delivery room" -- I totally agree with him.
