4/9/ South Beach Day 8 and MY BIRTHDAY!....
BFAST- 2 Hardboiled eggwhites, glass of ice water with lemon, 2 sl. trkey bacon and coffee w/ ff 1/2 1/2
SNACK- 1 Skim String Cheese
LUNCH- Leftover steamed filet of sole and SoBe Mock mashed Potatoes (cauliflower), water with lemon
Dinner- Since it was my bday we ordered takeout...chicken parm with spaghetti, small salad, some bread, tiny taste of pizza
DESSERT- Cake and icecream ______________________________ 4/10- South Beach Day 9-Back on track
BFAST- 2 hardboiled egg whites, water with lemon, coffee w/ ff 1/2 1/2
SNACK- low fat string cheese
Lunch -sliced turkey and cheese rollups water with lime
SNACK- low fat string cheese
DINNER- Poached Salmon with cucumber dill sauce, sauteed broccoli, salad with oil and vinegar, Diet cherry coke
SNACK- SF/FF fudge pop

Breakfast: cottage cheese with vanilla extract, cinnamon and sunflower seeds 12 cherry tomatoes
Lunch: greek salad with chicken
Dinner: homemade turkey chili with shredded cheese
Snack: No sugar added fudgesickle

Dinner Leftover turkey burger with small piece of baked chicken baby corn
PM Snack Sugar Free, Fat Free Chocolate pudding soft ice cream
Cardio: 2 mile powerwalk outside...with inclines...

Breakfast - Homeade whole wheat muffin w/tea
AM snack - Cottage cheese with Finn's rye crispbread Small apple
Lunch - Salad w/egg whites, corn, carrots and bean sprouts w/ 2tbsp lemon dijon vinagrette
PM snack - Laughing cow cheese
Dinner - Sauteed and breaded Tilapia w/small sweet potato
Dessert - 1 homeade whole wheat PB cookie (don't usually have a cookie every night, but I'm seriously PMSing this week!)

4/11- South Beach Day 10
BFAST- 4 eggwhite omlette with 2%chedddar, water with lime, coffee w/ ff 1/2 + 1/2
LUNCH- Lean Cuisine (no carb) chicken medallions with creamed spinach, bottle of water
DINNER- Trader joes chili lime chicken burgers on the grill....sauteed broccoli with garlic and oil, tossed salad with oil and vinegar and feta. diet cherry coke.
SNACK- Most likey a SoBe snack- 1/2 c skim ricotta with 1 splenda and tsp. vanilla
***lots of water during the day!

I want to do this because I need to stop being the snack queen and eat properly
Breakfast: coffee with 1 packet of sugar and .5 oz of half and half
3 egg whites plus one whole egg, 1 slice of turkey and 1/2 slice of swiss
Lunch: 1/2 cup peas 1/2 cup pasta 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
Snack: 1/2 slice of swiss while cooking
Dinner: 6 oz grilled chicken w/ 1 tbsp ketchup 1 cup white rice 1/2 cup spinach 1 oz. crumbled feta
Grapes shortly after
Snack: cocoa puffs with unsweetned chocolate almond milk
later on: handful of cashews and dried cranberries

AM Snack: Banana, 3 pretzel rods
Lunch: 1 slice of pizza with seltzer
Dinner: Grilled cheese w/bacon; very small amount of fries
Snack (I ate at odd times today so I was starving at night): English muffin pizza with lowfat cheese
Exercise: 25 minute run/walk

Today was a messed up one but will report anyway..
Breakfest- 1/4 of a banana and some of DS's cereal O's 2 cups of coffee w/ splenda and french vanilla creamer
Lunch- Brown rice -1 and 1/2 cups 1/2 cup cheddar 1 and 1/12 cups of Turkey chilli with beans
Dinner- -6-7 turkey meatballs. 2 cups of coffee with splenda and coffee creamer

Glad you started this thread! I miss our food log. I am back from vacation and back on the core program so you'll see a lot of fruits and veggies for me this week - trying to detox from too many coco locos
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites scrambled
I was busy running errands so no mid-morning snack for me
Lunch: Chickpea salad 1 steamed corn on the cob
Afternoon Snack: Strawberries
Dinner London broil Mashed sweet potato Mixed veggies stir fried
Evening snack 94% fat free popcorn

noon cappuccino - I made it myself
4:30 pm 1 cup spinach and white rice mixture with crumbled feta 3 oz. of chicken
Later on... Husband's making chicken curry with rice. Usually it's so spicy that I end up eating cereal for dinner. We'll see how it goes.

PM Snack (because I was eating dinner late): 1 slice of WW bread with 1 slice of turkey
Dinner: Steak, salad, corn on the cob; a couple of baked onion rings
Dessert: 2 mini black and white cookies

Dessert: cup of No sugar added hot chocolate

Dinner: London Broil leftover Mixed frozen veggies and soy beans Whole wheat couscous

lunch: split a philly cheesesteak and fries with dh.
dinner: flank steak, black beans, guacamole
2 fresh lime juice margaritas
1 bite eclair.
Sun 4/13
am cafe con leche 2 eggs over with turkey bacon on a croissant (made eggs & bacon, purchased croissant from French bakery)
lunch/dinner: 2 small slices pizza with spinach and sausage
late afternoon snack: a few bites almond brioche
snack
1 plain entenmann's softee donut
1 granny smith apple
