Banana

Dinner:
1 grilled chicken thigh
1 large corn on the cob

fage yogurt with half serving smart start

lunch time RUN

lunch: baked turkey over salad with 3 platanos maduros.

snack: 1 milano cookie

dinner: honey turkey and swiss on whole wheat bread with lettuce and baby spinach, dijon mustard.

baby carrots

pm snack
entenmanns softee cinnamon donut, irish breakfast tea with a touch of milk and one sugar

Tuesday, April 15

Breakfast: Whole grain cereal bar

AM Snack: Raisins and tea

Lunch: Went out with friends from work - had a cheeseburger, fries and a Coke - it was delicious Chat Icon

Dinner: Parmesan crusted pork chop, 3 baked onion rings, salad

Dessert: 2 chocolate chip cookies

Exercise: 25 minute run/walk

I am a disgrace.

I had a cup of coffee with creamer today and an apple. We ordered lunch for the whole office and I managed to be unable to leave my desk.

Dinner is cooking as I type this.

1 cup pasta
1/2 cup peas
5 oz. chicken

and something else. A few something elses.

BFAST- 1 non-fat trader joe's blueberry greek yogurt, 3 large strawberries, coffee w/ff 1/2-1/2

LUNCH-6 buffalo chicken and lacey swiss roll ups (cold cuts) , water

DINNER- turkey meatloaf, tiny bit of corn (tbsp just to taste) salad w. oil, vinegar, skim mozzarella, sauteed mushrooms with garlic and olive oil -diet snapple

SNACK- Water, 40 cal FS/FF fudge pop

Lots of water all day!

Lunch: large salad w/ walnut & raspberry walnut vinagrette

Snack: hard boiled egg & a little later string cheese

Dinner: small pork cutlet, mixed veggies
tomato & cucumber slices

Snack: no sugar added fudgesickle

I'm joining in today (but I'm going to log yesterday too!)

Tuesday 4/15

Breakfast- Yoplait Light Blueberry Yogurt with 1/4 cup Fiber One cereal mixed in

Lunch- Salad (romaine and baby spinach with onion, green pepper, cherry tomatoes and cucumber) with 1 grilled chicken breast and red wine vinegar (no oil)

Snack- Grapes

Dinner- leftover green beans and turkey meatloaf (ate a large serving of meatloaf since there were only 4 greenbeans left over)

Wednesday 4/16

Breakfast- Yoplait Light Apple Turnover (soooo good!) Yogurt with 1/4 cup Fiber One cereal mixed in

Snack- Grapes

Lunch- whole wheat wrap with grilled chicken breast and vegetables (peppers, onions and tomatoes) 1/4lb cole slaw. Picked on sister's fries.

So much for healthy lunch...

Gym: 30 minutes eliptical
100 crunches

ETA: gym and change lunch

ETA: Fell asleep with no dinner....soo tired lately.

BFAST- 3 scrambled eggwhites, 2 sl. turkey bacon, 1/2 of a whole wheat mini bagel, coffee w/ ff 1/2 1/2, water with lemon.

LUNCH- Leftover turkey meatloaf and water

DINNER- Tuna salad, 1 sl. whole grain bread, pickles, 2 hard boiled egg whites, diet snapple

SNACK- coffee w/ fff 1/2 1/2, south beach ricotta cheesecake- 1 slice
**lots of water all day
