I was off the wagon for the last 2 days, away on business. But, back on the wagon today.

Breakfast
Hard boiled egg
Chai tea with skim milk and 2 tsp sugar

AM snack
3/4 cup Puffins
Lowfat cheese and finn rye crisp cracker

Lunch
Whole wheat pita w/1 tbsp hummus, onion and 1 sliced egg
2 cups carrots

PM snack
Lowfat cheese wedge
3/4 cup puffins

Dinner
1 cup Whole wheat pasta
Veggie meatballs
Parmesan cheese

Lunch: Chicken nachos (no sour cream or guac); diet coke

Dinner: Slice of pizza; flavored seltzer

Apple with peanut butter

Lunch: Greek salad with chicken

Dinner: omelet (3 whites and 1 whole egg) with peppers, onions and cheese

And about 10 glasses of water

raisin toast with natural peanut butter and sliced bananas

cafe con leche

fage yogurt with half serving smart start

lunch

chicken with chinese broccoli. half serving white rice.

fresh iced tea

out to dinner with friends
chips and guacamole
half of cheeseburger with bacon and mushrooms, a couple of fries

1 full glass and a few sips of the second white sangria (wasn't that great)

Breakfast: 1/2c. Fiber One with 2 strawberries cut up (out of milk)

Diet pepsi

Lunch- Panera Bread- greek salad, no dressing and half Chicken Tomesto Sandwich (310 cals)

Dinner- Houlihans- Cajun Chicken Grille Sandwich with french fries

(plus picked on the nachos appetizer)

4/19

Lunch- veggie pizza (no cheese/whole wheat crust)

Dinner- went to my aunt's house for a bbq- cheeseburger, baked beans and a piece of sausage

Late night snack- met friends at a mexican place for sangria and tortilla chips. Picked on an enchilada, but took most home

4/20

Breakfast- sun dried tomato bagel with vegetable cream cheese

Lunch- left overs from mexican place- had most of the enchilada's left (2.5 out of 3) plus refried beans and rice

Snack- grapes

Dinner- whole wheat penne with tomato basil sauce, semolina bread

Dessert- butter pecan ice cream Chat Icon It was soooo good!!

Snack: 10 almonds

fiber bar before walk

1 whole egg, 3 whites...egg salad sand on wheat.

another fiber bar after resistance training
(ragging today, its better then a chocolate bar)

later:
yogurt and an orange till dinner

dinner:
going to a friend's house, I think pasta and chicken sausage.

I am awful through the week; I don't have the time to even post my haphazard eating habits.

Saturday:
breakfast:
coffee with 1 packet of sugar and 1/2 oz. half and half

Lunch:
1/2 cup pasta
1/2 cup peas
1 can albacore tuna

Snack:
cocoa puffs and almond milk

Dinner (went to a wedding):
4 oz. salmon with some dill sauce
broccoli
mashed potatoes (like 1/2 cup)
2 chocolate dipped strawberries
1/2 of a rum and diet coke
coffee with sugar and milk

Later:
chai tea

Today:
coffee same as yesterday
1 whole egg plus two whites
1/2 slice of swiss
1 slice of turkey

Later - I have to go to a sedar (did I spell that right?) so I don't know.

AM snack - plum

Lunch - whole wheat pita w/hard boiled egg, hummus and onion

PM snacks - plum and grapes

Dinner - Veggie burger on whole wheat bun with corn

Workout - 5 hours gardening

Sunday

Breakfast - Puffins cereal

AM snack - grapes and apple

Lunch - Whole wheat pita with albacore and light mayonnaise

PM snack - plum

Dinner - Afghani restaurant (rice with cauliflower)

PM snack - half homeade whole wheat apple cinnamon muffin

Workout - 2 hours gardening and 30 minutes pilates

Monday

Breakfast - homeade whole wheat cinnamon muffin with chai tea

AM snack - homeade whole wheat blueberry scone

Went to Philly this weekend for a wedding. It was full of champagne and food Chat Icon I capped it off with a Philly Cheesesteak to boot! But alas, it is Monday and I begin again....

Breakfast
1 egg, 2 egg whites scrambled
Green Tea

Snack
1 large banana

Lunch
Grilled chicken burger
Broiled butternut squash
1 small tangerine

Snack
Strawberries

Dinner
Chicken breast (not sure how I am cooking them yet)
Whole wheat couscous
Stir-fry mixed veggies

I won't even go into what I ate this weekend...it wasn't all that healthyChat Icon (except for the veggie pizza I had- whole wheat crust with veggies and sauce- no cheeze!) ---I updated above anyway....I ate sooo much!

4/21-

breakfast: yoplait light vanilla yogurt

lunch: progresso light vegetable barley soup (i ate most of the can)

snack: a few spoonfuls of butter pecan ice cream (I need to throw it out- I'm an ice cream junkie- and it's not even low fat!!!) and a child size bag of kiddzles (kiddie pretzels- I bought these at the supermarket checkout because I had a migraine and was feeling queasy- then I went home and had the ice cream)

dinner- turkey burger on whole wheat sandwich thins with sauteed spinach, corn and salad

Dessert- popcorn with a few semi-sweet chocolate chips


Can you tell it's that time of the month?!?!

BFAST- 1 Cup 2% cottage cheese, 1/2 c cantaloupe, coffee w/ ff 1/2 1/2

LUNCH- tuna salad (w/ regular mayo) in 1/2 whole wht pita, 3 small dill pickles

DINNER- 2 thin grilled chicken cutlets, salad with oil, vinegar, feta, south beach taiziki sauce for chicken, diet cherry coke

SNACK- FF/SF fudge pop

** water all day...
