I didn't post over the weekend but usually Saturday & Sunday are my "free" days...

Lunch:
2 Rice cakes
Grapes & Apple wedges

Dinner:
Grilled Turkey burger (no bread)
veggies

Snack PM:
Strawberries & Grapes

Breakfast: Fiber one cereal with 2% milk, 1 packet equal and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Lunch: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion, cucumber, hot pepper rings with vinegar; a whole grain english muffin sandwich thin

Snack: Yoplait light strawberry-banana Yogurt

Dinner: roasted chicken thighs (skinless) and roasted vegetables (peppers, onions, potatoes, carrots)

Dessert: Butter Pecan Ice Cream (I'm throwing it out today....I cannot be in the same house with ice cream or I will eat it...it's very sad.)

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken Stir-Fry

Dinner: Veal Cutlet Parmagiana and some tortellini with pesto, Salad

Coffee with Creamer/Splenda

Snack: 4 oz. plain nonfat yogurt with cinnamon & 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Lunch: greek salad

Dinner: turkey burger with cheese (no bun)

LUNCH- Lean cuisine 3 cheese chkn and broccoli, water

SNACK-Pear

DINNER- SoBe Recipe- Lemon CousCous chicken, salad with oil and vinegar, diet cherry coke

SNACK- Coffee w/ ff 1/2 12/, SoBe SF FF chocolate pudding

Lipton Tea with 1 tsp honey (no milk)

Lunch- Chinese- chicken with broccoli and some brown rice with a diet coke.

Dinner- nothing.

Lunch: 1 egg 3 egg whites western omelet

Snack: handful cherry m&m's

dinner: london broil, baked potato, salad, small piece italian bread

snack: 1/2 cannoli

Snack: hard boiled egg

Lunch: tossed salad with chicken & sunflower seeds


Plan for later:

Snack: no sugar added fudgesickle

Dinner: broiled tilapia

Snack - apple and grapes

Lunch - lowfat cottage cheese with matza

Snack - carrots

Dinner - Egg whites w/tomato sauce, whole wheat pita with 1 tbsp hummus and israeli salad

Dessert - rugalach

Breakfast - chai tea with apple cinnamon muffin

Snack - homeade whole wheat scone and laughing cow cheese


Lunch - salad with bean sprouts, carrots, chopped egg, croutons and roasted corn w/1 tbsp lemon-dijon vinaigrette

Snack - grapes

Dinner ??

Lunch- Met Mom for lunch at Applebees- had a terrible lunch Chat Icon Half a Grilled cheese BLT and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. My stomach is now punishing me


Dinner- Have to run wedding errands with my sister- dinner prob. won't be much better and I doubt I'll make it to the gym.Chat Icon

ran home from work (with a few walking moments in the mix) 3.25 miles

Lunch: 1/2 roll with fresh mozz and tomato; salad, a few pita chips with hummus

Snack: Granola bar

Dinner: 1 piece of chicken marsala and salad

Dessert: mini snickers

25 minute run/walk

Today 4/24/08
Breakfast: Granola Bar

Lunch: 1/2 roll with grilled chicken, tomato, fresh mozz, and sundried tomato pesto; 100 cal bag of chips; mini snickers

PM Snack: Baby carrots

Dinner: None - went to happy hour Chat Icon
