2 glasses sangria.

weekend

5 mile bike ride
eggs, bacon, toast. piece of almond croissant (2 bites) piece of cinnamon roll (2 bites) 1 small apple cider donut (not good)

small slice pizza

dinner- German restaurant
1 slice bread with butter
nurenburger brats with potatos and sauerkraut.
1 .5 liter heifferweissen beer

1 glass white wine

bowling (at alley and again on the WII)

Sunday

coffee!
2 eggs with 2 slices baguette

2.75 mile run

cheeseburger (93% lean ground beef) on a whole wheat regular sized english muffin with tomatoes pickles, bbq sauce

french fries

olives

eiskaffe

small piece of a 6ft hero type sandwich for dinner

small piece left over cake

"Breakfast": Saltines and ginger ale because I had an upset stomach.

Lunch: 1 slice of pizza

Dinner: 1/2 Chicken Parm hero and salad

SNACK- 2 tbsp pnut butter

LUNCH- herbed scrambled eggs (1 egg and 1 egg white) w/ skim mozzarellla. water

DINNER- basil parmesean chicken salad (south beach recipe) on 2 sl. 45 cal. whole wheat bread,

SNACK- Appetizers and wine (candle party )

4/25 (Bad diet day...going back to South Beach on Monday)

Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese with sunflower seeds

Snack: South Beach bar

Lunch: piece of wheat toast with slice of cheese
1/2 apple with peanut butter
2 ritz crackers
***This was supposed to be the baby's lunch but she didn't eat it...so I did.Chat Icon

Dinner: spanish rice with chicken & sausage

1 slice homeade whole wheat honey oatmeal bread

Dinner:
Israeli salad
Egg schnitzel
1 whole wheat pita
2 tbsp hummus

Exercise - 5 hours gardening

4-27

Breakfast:
Tea and kugel

AM snack:
Laughing cow cheese
Grapes

Lunch:
Garden veggie burger w/whole wheat bun
Sweet potato/carrot soup

Dinner:
Samosa
Salad
1/2 cup white basmati rice
Curried cauliflower

Exercise - 3 hours gardening

dessert: 100 calorie coffee cake, fresh strawberries with FF cool whip.

Another gross weekend...

Monday 4/28:

-skipped breakfast (bad...i know)

-lunch- small wendy's chili and a side salad w/ fat free french, unsweetened iced tea w/ 2 splenda

-dinner-Rachel Ray's Sausage and Pepper sloppy joe on a whole wheat roll w/ an ear of corn and green beans

snack- 1/2 a brownie from boston market (it wasn't even that good...I regret it.)

Today 4/29

breakfast- fage 0% w/ 1 tsp honey and a few tblsp fiber one

lunch- panera- 1/2 tomato soup 1/2 dijon bacon chicken, diet pepse

dinner- Rib eye, green beans and spinach sauteed with garlic and half a sweet potato

hard boiled egg

Lunch: greek salad
1/2 avocado
grapefruit

Snack: South Beach bar

Dinner: salmon with mixed veggies
2 sticks of baked tofu

Dessert: 1 tbsp of peanut butter
no sugar added hot chocolate

DINNER- Grilled chicken, salad w. oil, vinegar, feta

SNACK- oatbran muffin
