last night...
Dumbell chest press 1/10/30 lbs. 4/7/35 lbs. Assisted Dips 5/6/40 seated shoulder presses 5/5/25 Seated cable rows 3/10/95 assisted pullups 3/10/40 upright rows-barbell 2/15/40 lbs. roman chair 2/12/bodyweight
ran 20 minutes on treadmill @6.0-7.2

Last night... HIIT on treadmill 2.0 incline from 9.8-10.4
I am going to start adding a steep incline to these at the last 3 intervals

LOL.....OK! OK! I'll just post for the week then:
Monday: Legs Elliptical for 30 minutes
Tuesday: 1 Hour Kickboxing
Wed: Off
Thursday (Today): Will be doing Biceps and Back Will run for 30 minutes from 6.0--7.0
Friday: (tomorrow) Will do Triceps and Chest Will also run for 30 minutes. Hopefully, I will have the energy to do a very challenging Run!!

I haven't been recording and I noticed I am slacking, so recording on here is a must for me.
Saturday - HIIT, shoulder and back exercises using free weights, abs, and pushups
Today - just finished running 3.3 miles on a 2.0 incline.

I haven't been recording my workouts either.
Saturday I did an hour of cardio. 40 minutes on the crosstrainer on random and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I walked at 3.0 with a 3.0 incline.

I'm finally back. I had 2 very stressful weeks at work and was taking a class also, so I had no time to go to the gym
But over the weekend I managed to do a couple of workout videos at home. Going to try to get back to the gym on Thursday. The good news is that I'm back to my pre-PG weight. The bad news is that my hips are still a little too wide to fit into my old pants! Getting there though.....one more size to go....
