Feeling kinda tired, so took it easy today. Met a friend at the highschool track and we walked for over an hour.

Not sure how far we walked, we talked and walked, talked and walked, etc....

from 9:15 am to 10:20 am.

Trying to get back on the gym bandwagon ... did a "Butt & Gut" class on Saturday that I am still sore from and Salsa aerobics tonight that had me sweating like crazy!!!!

Finally got back to the gym! Did chest and triceps, then 25 minutes of cardio and abs. And this morning I was able to fit into my old (pre-preggo) pants! Chat Icon

Went back to the gym today after a few weeks absence. I took a half hour class called "Bootylicious" focusing on the lower body and then a half hour abs class.

I'm sure by tomorrow I'm really going to be feeling it. You know how it takes legs a couple of days to get sore!

oOOOOOH, I want to join you all since I just started back to the gym, hardcore for the first time in 2yrs since my son was born.

I just joined a new gym too and I absolutely LOVE it. I forgot how awesome I feel about myself after a great workout. Chat Icon I am NEVER stopping again!

Today (Friday 8am):
45min weight training: Legs & Abs using free weights and circuit training machines.

Note: I do at least 100 ab crunches every day!

Cardio: 25min Level 3 resistance on elliptical machine...I got cut short because my WT time ran over and I had to get ready for work. Tomorrow will be better
