55 minutes of cardio today.

45 minutes on the cross trainer
10 minutes on the treadmill.

ETS- I just realized that I've been to the gym 4 times this week already!Chat Icon

its been almost 3 full weeks since I worked out!!! I feel horrible!! I have been sick the entire time. Now I have a sore throat!! I am losing muscle and feel like a flab! Chat Icon

So sorry you are sick, Christine. Try not to be so hard on yourself, especially since you're not feeling well. Have you seen a doctor?

Well, forgot about the time change and got to the gym at 7:15 am instead of the 8:15 am I was supposed to. Chat Icon

The plan was to lift from 8:15 - 9, then do a spin class from 9 - 10.

I relaxed, read the paper and drank some coffee to waste some time before I started lifting.

I have been traveling a lot for work, which has made it hard for me to get better.

I am starting to feel better today. Lets hope it lasts. Hopefully I will be at the gym by Saturday!

Oh no! I hope you feel better soon Christine! That's a long time to be sick. But I hope your new job is fun!

I finally got to the gym yesterday. I've been averaging like 2 days a week Chat Icon
Sooooo tired lately.
I did back and biceps yesterday, and 25 min of cardio.

It's the traveling, plus being on planes because of the air in the plane.

I will be done traveling for a while after this week. Wednesday is Seatle and Friday I will be in El Paso! I bought lots of airborne!

Yesterday I did 55 minutes of cardio. 10 minutes on the treadmill and 45 minutes on the cross trainer.

I was so tired yesterday that I couldn't do any more than this.
