55 minutes cardio.

I ran today for the first tim in a long time... probably ran for about 20 minutes and then walked the rest. I also did the cross trainer.

Lots of situps on the exercise ball.

I need to start working on my hips. They're HUGE!

Yesterday I did half an hour of cardio and took a one hour weight class.

Today my glutes are so sore!

Power Walked 2.25 miles on the treadmill and tried different inclines.

One of these days I'll join you all again! I haven't worked out regularly in a few weeks. Jackson has started daycare and it took a little adjusting to get used to our new schedule, so it was hard to fit the gym in. Now he's been sick twice in 2 weeks, so I haven't slept much. I feel like crap and don't know when I'll feel up to going to the gym again Chat Icon

I'm also below 120 lbs which is the lightest I've been in a looooong time. Of course this isn't good though, because I'm losing muscle!

Starting the couch to 5K - this workout was too easy though maybe because I used to run -- in any case:

Five-minute warmup walk.
alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes

20 minutes on the elliptical

3.4-----9.0

My goal is to do 4.5 Incline at 9.5 without pulling my hamstrings and/or having a heart attack.

1 fast interval at 9.7
1 fast interval at 9.8
1 fast interval at 9.9
1 fast interval at 10

slow intervals 3.7

I finally got back to the gym this past weekend! I feel SO much better.

Saturday - chest, triceps, abs. No time for cardio though.

Sunday - shoulders, cardio, abs.

Saturday: Ran 2 miles, fast walk for 20 minutes.

Today should be 2.25 miles (running) followed by abs and arm work.
