Did the 'The short circuit'
Jan 31 Wed, Feb 2 Fri, and Feb 5 Mon
This workout combines toning exercises with running for maximum efficiency and minimal boredom. Warm up for ten minutes at an easy pace. Stop and do 10 or 20 push-ups.
Get back on the treadmill and run at a moderately-hard pace for five minutes. Stop and do 30 abdominal crunches. Run for five minutes. Get off and do 20 bicycles. Run for five minutes. Stop and do another set of push-ups.
Run for ten minutes hard and then cool down with a ten minute jog. Total running time: 45:00.'

Today- light legs step-ups- 3 sets of 12 -30 lbs each arm lunges - 3 sets of 12- 30 lbs each arm Stiff Legged deadlifts 3 sets of 12- 95 lbs. Lying leg curls- 3 sets of 10- 70, 70, 60 lbs

today I trained biceps and triceps(wanted to focus on these) db curls straight bar curls scull crushers
HIIT- Getting faster! ran between 10.2-10.6 8x

I'm sick and so is Jackson I'm hoping to feel better by tomorrow so I can work out. And I'm going to physical therapy for my tennis elbow and golf elbow!!!  So I have to lay off my upper body workouts for a while....I'll try to do lower body or very light upper body until my elbows feel better.

Wow, thats fast!! Good for you! What is your slow rate at? 3.5? Do you do this on an incline also or flat level??
I'll post what I did for the week: Mon: Shoulders, Elliptical 40 min. Tues: Off Wed: Back & Bi's; Ran for 40 Min Thurs: Tris & Chest; Ran for 40 Min Today: Will be Legs ONLY Off for rest of weekend.

Last week I ran on the treadmil 5 out of 7 days (this was my first week on my exercise program) and Sat and Sun I did 15 push-ups on each day.
Today I ran for 40 minutes and did 15 push-ups

You are doing great! 40 minutes ia a long time.
I run at a 1.5-2.0 incline. My slow speed is a very light jog or even a walk. yesterday I got up to 10.9! I am so happy! I love to sprint.

I'm hoping to get back to the gym this week. I'm finally over my cold, but my elbow still hurst. My PT doesn't want me doing ANY upper body work until it's better. So I'll just have to do legs and cardio........

I have been slacking so bad! Getting back on board.
Today, walked 2.10 miles at 4.0 and played around with the incline.
24 pushups, some abs, lunges

Monday: total body class w/ free weights & 15 minutes Abs class
Tuesday: off
Wed: 15 minutes warm up walk on treadmill, then did the circuit for my weight training

Wed Evening: Back and Biceps Abs Ran 40 minutes @ 6.0 doing a 1 minute sprint @ 7.0-7.5 every 5 minutes
Tonite: Triceps and Chest Will repeat same cardio as yesterday

Oh no! I'm going to the PT today. My elbow still isn't better I was going to go to the gym last night but we had some crazy snow here!

I finally made it to the gym on Saturday. Did legs - squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls. 30 minutes of cardio, abs, stretch.
My legs are KILLING me today!

Took Friday off.
Saturday-40 minute walk around the neighborhood....it was SO nice out!
Sunday-25 minutes at 3.6 on the treadmill
Monday-1 hour total body class
