Yesterday - quickie workout (lower body again) at the gym.

Deep squats, hamstring curls.
25 min of cardio
Abs & stretch.

Another lower body workout yesterday (my right forearm STILL hurts!!! Chat Icon )

Deep squats, romanian deadlifts, leg extensions, hamstring curls.

25 min cardio
Abs & stretch

A short warm up, then legs, arms, abs & some new back exercises my brother was showing me.

Now.........several hours later, my right lower back is hurting something awfulChat Icon ..........I apparantly did not stretch enough after those new back exercises. Stupid. So there went my walk I wanted after dinner.

My workout for this week:

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: Biceps/Back, Ran 40 minutes

Wednesday: Triceps/Chest
HIIT 3.5 and 8.5 (3.0 incline)

Today will be: Shoulders
Run for 40 minutes

Friday will be:
Warm up 10 Minutes on Tread
LEGS ONLY (Glutes/Hams/Quads/Calves)

Weekend: OFF

full squats
stiff legged deadlifts
hamstring curls
leg extensions (I love these, but I think they are bad to do with heavy weight)Chat Icon

I didn't have much time at the gym yesterday, so I just did DB overhead presses and deep squats.

step ups 3/10/60 lbs- need to use bar next time. my grip gives out!

cardio- step machine HIIT

Last monday I did sit ups, leg lifts and lower body.

Saturday- 45 minutes cardio
1 hour weight class
