I've been working out a ton, but I keep forgetting to post on this thread.
10/10 20 mins interval running / walking on treadmill 20 mins elliptical
10/12 45 min Pilates Reformer class 15 mins treadmill intervals 15 mins elliptical
10/14 45 min Pilates Reformer class 20 mins bicycle at gym 15 mins intervals on treadmill (gradually going up to running for about 75% of the time) 10 elliptical
10/15 20 mins bicycle at gym 20 mins intervals on treadmill 10 mins elliptical weights for biceps and triceps
