Thursday 1/21
Breakfast:
Herbalife shake, tea with Aloe
Lunch: Honey Ham cold cuts with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded mozzarella and light French dressing
Dinner: fit & active rotisserie turkey, sweet potato, corn and cranberry(a cheat)
Snack: green tea latte with Skim Milk, mozzarella cheese stick

Water: 96oz

Exercise: 45 min of Chinese Kickboxing (4 days of exercising!)

B:
Cup of Honey Nut Cheerios
1/2 banana

L:
Salad w string cheese & Italian dressing
Tuna sandwich w light mayo on 100 cal round

D:
2 cups homemade lentils
2 oz ww pasta
2 tbsp pecorino Romano cheese

80 oz water & black cherry seltzer

No gym again - but did walk 11,000 steps

Today's weigh in: -1.2 lbs

Total since 1/1: 5 lbs

I am 0.8 lbs away from my first goal.

Kind of disappointed I did not make my goal this week. But I know why, so trying not to be too sad.

DH put it best "you still lost this week. I Refuse to accept your disappointment!" Chat Icon

Next week's plan is to add more exercise and try to plan healthier dinners.

And just to add to this- shoveling is a GREAT way to burn calories. All of us are going to have to do it this weekend, so keep that in mind when you are being tempted with all of the goodies in your home. It's ok to indulge!

Friday 1/22

B: same as yesterday

L: 2oz of tuna fish w/ 1/2 tbsp of mayo. 1 bag of Quest Protein Chips

D: 1/3 of a Chicken Roll from my local pizzaria. Because my stomach is so small, and I don't eat bread, this didn't go down very well. I got extremely sick afterwards. I now know that my stomach can not handle any bread/dough whatsoever. Lesson learned.

S: 2 slices of BH Buffalo Chicken & 1 slice of BH Munster. 1 whole complete protein cookie

78g Carbs
37g Fat
107g Protein

Great Advice! I started my diet beginning of April. Started with 30/35 min daily cardio and pretty strict food intake. I lost 65 pounds. I really want to lose 10 more but these past few months have been tough. I still do cardio 6 days a week but do about 50 min now. My eating is okay but not 100% and I realize this is for the rest of my life so if I have a bad day (or 2) just get back to it the next day!

Chat Icon Chat Icon awesome advice! I stuffed myself with whole wheat pizza last night .. Blew my calories out of the water but it was yummy. Chat Icon

Hoping to be better today but not so nazi and make it to the gym tomorrow. Tonight I will have some wine! Maybe walk around the block with the fam and doggies! Stay warm and safe!

Saturday 1/23

Brunch:
2 servings of aunt Jemima pancakes yum
1/2 serving of aunt Jemima light syrup

Snack :
Serving of baby carrots

D:
Tuna on 100 cal everything round
W mayo celery & onion
Baby carrots dipped in lite honey mustard dressing

Snack:
Handful of raisins

100 oz water

Exercise: shoveling multiple times today


I felt myself wanting to binge today. It must have been those pancakes. It made me crave carbs all day. Every time I was craving, I went out to shovel and drank water. Im proud of myself for having self control. I'm actually Under my calories for the day !

I'm gonna have a cup of plain black decaf tea to end the night.
