Im wondering if the people didnt know it was hijacked if it was. Dont you think if they knew..someone wiukd have texted a family??maybe they didnt know till the end...my heart breaks over this.
If I'm not mistaken, this plane took off after midnight. I wonder if a lot of people were asleep. Maybe they didn't realize anything was wrong until it was too late?

Yes, I read a transponder stopped responding at 1:21 am so likely many we're sleeping.

My theory is that the plane is in Pakistan or bound somewhere close to there. I wouldn't be surprised if they had someone who could turn off transponders that they could have also used a gas to knock people unconscious - I think this was about the plane and not the people (unfortunately) hopefully they were dropped off somewhere remote and the plane was taken to its next destination (probably all wishful thinking but that's my theory)

I get chills every time I hear any news about this story.....and like other posts LOST always comes to mind. I have a feeling it crashed and possibly was pilot suicide....if not terrorism. I just find it hard to believe if it did land, no one saw it or no one out of 200 people has received any communication from a family member.
I definately think the government knows more than what they are saying and there is some sort of cover up.

Once again, I think the plane landed somewhere. If it was going to be crashed deliberately, they would have crashed it and not worried about turning communications off. As for people not contacting their loved ones, it seems as if they may have had a device that shuts down cell phones. Think of the device JLo used in the movie Enough. I feel like it ess the younger pilot's doing. Just a gut feeling.

So I read the 27 year old co pilot got in trouble in 2011 with another pilot for allowing two blonde Australian women to fly the plane. This ENRAGES me! How was his license not revoked forever?!
What if my doctor allowed two blonde Australians to perform surgery on me? Or my dentist allowing them to remove my wisdom teeth? WTF?!

The more I'm reading and following the news, I do believe the govts know what happened, and as to avoid mass hysteria, which would affect world air travel, they are leaking it out slowly. Theres been 8 diff stories in seven days. That plane was taken for a sinister reason, another terror attack. If that plane is not on the ocean floor, it's sitting on a Tarmac in the Middle East. And those stolen passports and pilots have EVERYTHING to do with the demise of that flight. It will all be 'leaked' in due time.

This information only came out after the plane was already missing. One of the girls that was allowed in the cockpit came forward with the info when she saw it was the same pilot.

One theory floating around is that it was flown to the Middle East and being packed with explosives to be used in a terror attack. I doubt it'll make it to the US without being spotted but somewhere near the Middle East maybe. I hope the passengers are still alive and will make it home safely.

I heard speculation that when the plane climbed abruptly the passengers would have passed out within 2-3 seconds and then died. The pilots/ whoever is responsible would have been wearing masks. This theory only works if it was the plane that they wanted and not the passengers for negotiations or something like that. I'm curious about WHO was on the plane or what possible cargo could have been...to see if there was some motive that they aren't telling us.
ETA: if it was the pilot who orchestrated this, the passengers could have had no clue something was wrong until it was too late. Also, they took off after midnight so many may have been sleeping. This would explain the lack of communication sent out from the plane.

There were 20 semiconductor engineers on board that worked on classified projects I wouldn't think they would kill those passengers with altitude climb the information from the defense engineers is way to valuable.

I just want to say that this scares the hell out me.
If this plane is hiding in a remote area, undetected, obviously with terrorists, then the capabilities are endless.
They could be equipping the plane with different transmitters and such. They could painting it to make it look like a different airline.
And I hate to say it, but I think most people would assume that the target is the U.S.
